I have over 7 years of experience supporting growing families as a birth doula in the Seattle area. Prior to becoming a doula, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and served as a certified crisis worker for 5 years. When I was called to doula work in 2018, I completed Sacred Doula Training and started volunteering as a birth doula later that year. I left my job as a crisis worker to pursue full-time doula work in 2019, and I became a certified birth doula in 2020. I have since helped more than 300 families have more satisfying birth experiences.
