What's with the cave imagery?
I went spelunking in the summer of 2025. I climbed rock pile after rock pile as I navigated lava tubes that formed underground before my grandparents were born, and somewhere along the way, I realized that spelunking is a great metaphor for the heroic journey that is birth; climbing rocks in the dark is a lot less scary when you have some helpful tools, a strong support system, and a lot of faith in yourself.
I act as your light source in labor, illuminating the path and helping you navigate the unknown with confidence.
